Refund

  1. Exotecho Host has a 30-days money back guarantee that applies for all hosting plans.
    Once 30 days from the date of the initial order are over, full refund, partial refund, or prorated refund is no longer applicable.
  2. There is no refund for a payment made in Cryptocurrency.
  3. Customers who did not encounter any issues with the acquired service may not be eligible for a refund.
  4. To ask for a refund, please submit a ticket to our Billing Department and accurately describe your issue.

Refund by Case

We offer different refund types based of the severity of the issue.

  1. Full Refund: By fully refunding the paid amount (minus the taxes) and cancelling the ordered plan.
    Eligible for customers who do no receive their orders within the promised times or being delivered a plan that does not respect the configuration ordered.
  2. Partial Refund: By extending the plan by the number of days equal to the duration of the issue.
    Eligible for customers* who encounter extended (more than 2 hours) or repetitive downtimes; or unstable services.
    *We do not refund for issues caused by a misconfiguration from the customer’s end.
  3. Prorated Refund: Evaluated by our Billing Department for less common situations.

Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your order, or subscription with Exotecho Host at any time. If a client wants to terminate their account, they can do so by writing us an e-mail, or by opening a ticket.
  2. There is no refund when a Cancellation is requested before the end of the duration of the service.
  3. Cancelling a hosting account removes all data from Exotecho Host’s servers. Customers are advised to backup their data before cancelling their account.
